SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

3. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and may take 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's authorities.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

5. Delays & Disruptions Skincove Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. Skincove Store is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery attempts may be subject to additional charges.
